BLP utilizes the Zeffy platform for ticketing and other purchases. Zeffy is a platform that covers the cost of processing fees for nonprofits, meaning BLP receives 100% of the profit on all purchases made. Zeffy does this by adding an optional fee to each purchase; while they do clearly state that it is optional, they automatically have this fee included at a rate of 17% ($3.40 per ticket) to start. You can change this in the dropdown menu; select another value, or use the “other” option to set your own rate or to zero out this optional fee if you so choose. Once again, this fee is optional.
